Artwork & Intellectual Property
All artwork, images, designs, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Petite Prints Studio and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
Purchase of an artwork does not transfer copyright. Petite Prints Studio retains all reproduction rights unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom artwork (including personalized shells, portraits, and commissioned pieces) is created specifically for you and is final sale once work has begun.
By approving proofs or submitting reference photos, you acknowledge that artistic interpretation is part of the process and minor variations are expected.
Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in USD. Payment is required at the time of purchase. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at my discretion.
Shipping
Shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Petite Prints Studio is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond my control.
Once an order is marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the buyer. Lost or stolen packages should be reported to the carrier.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of handmade and custom artwork, returns are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue.
Workshops & Digital Content
Workshop registrations are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Digital downloads, tutorials, or class materials are for personal use only and may not be shared or redistributed.
Limitation of Liability
Petite Prints Studio is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of this website or products purchased through it.
